Fees are charged per event and are due upon approval of request. We will reach out via the contact information provided in your application for a status update. Fees are due upon approval and will be returned in the event of a cancelation. The deposit will be kept if additional cleaning is necessary, or damages incur. See below for the fee schedule:

Capacity for inside the building is 49 attendees. Parking lot capacity is 31 vehicles, including 4 handicapped parking spaces.

The Welcome Center is open daily from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm (excluding major holidays).

The lobby will be available for reservations during the hours of 5pm - 9pm in the evenings. This includes set-up, function time and clean-up.

The Welcome Center deck will be available for reservations before or after business hours. Morning hours are
6:00 am – 10:00 am & evening hours are 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

The building and premises must be vacated of all occupants by hours stated above.

There are no exceptions to these hours of availability.

Bouncehouses and amplified sound/music are NOT permitted.

UTILITIES: Utilities are provided for your convenience and cannot be guaranteed. Please do not overload electricity or use water in excess amounts.

DECORATIONS: Do not use tacks, nails or staples on furniture or facility structures – this includes wall displays and electronic screens. MASKING/PAINTERS TAPE ONLY on painted wall surfaces. Confetti, sequins, glitter and other similar materials are prohibited. Any deviation may result in partial or full loss of deposit.

KITCHEN: Oven and microwave are for warming-purposes only.

Hard alcohol is prohibited on the premises. Applicant MUST serve drinks responsibly and are accountable for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests. Please observe all applicable laws.

Materials/supplies may not be stored inside the building before or after the event. Should you need to store anything temporarily outside the building, River Islands LLC. will not be held liable for any damage.

All entry-exit doors shall be secured and locked at the end of the reserved event use.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: River Islands Development reserves the right to refuse service based on past experience, potential facility damage or negative impact within the community. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Consecutive reservations extending weeks or months may be approved for seasonal sports but are otherwise not allowed

Events that cause disruption to the community such as in noise or controversy
